What is the delivery schedule?

Deliveries are conducted once daily from the CBD to pick-up stations, between 2 PM and 4 PM.

What items can be delivered?

Accepted Answer

We accept non-perishable, non-bulky items such as cosmetics, shoes, clothing, skincare products, and others. Fragile items must be bubble-wrapped and are transported at the owner's risk. Dangerous items, electronics, money, and other restricted items are not allowed.

How long do I have to collect my parcel?

You have 2 working days from notification to collect your parcel. After this period, it will be returned to our main office, and you will be informed.
